버카첵 운영팀(이하 “운영자”)은 관련 법령을 준수하며, 버카첵 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스
(이하 “서비스”)에서 처리되는 개인정보와 이용자의 권리를 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
서비스는 회원가입 기능을 제공하지 않으며, NFC로 읽은 교통카드 정보는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리합니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 교통카드의 잔액, 충전·결제 내역 및 대중교통 이용 내역 표시
- 마지막으로 확인한 카드와 이용 내역의 기기 내 저장
- 콘텐츠와 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정
- 서비스 이용 현황 분석, 오류 진단, 안정성 및 품질 개선
- 환율·광고 콘텐츠·서버 설정 등 서비스 운영 정보 제공
- 부정 이용 방지, 보안 유지 및 법적 의무 이행

서비스는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소를 직접 입력받거나 이용자 계정을 생성하지 않습니다.
3. 교통카드 정보의 기기 내 처리
NFC로 읽은 교통카드 정보와 이용 내역은 서비스 기능 제공을 위해 기기의 서비스 전용 저장공간에 저장되며,
운영자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 서비스 데이터를 삭제하거나 서비스를 제거하여 해당 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.
운영체제의 백업 또는 기기 이전 기능이 활성화된 경우에는 이용자의 설정과 해당 운영체제 제공자의 정책에 따라 백업될 수 있습니다.

위 서비스를 통해 자동 생성 정보와 오류 정보가 암호화된 네트워크를 거쳐 미국 등 Google 또는 처리업체의 시설이 있는 국가에서
처리될 수 있습니다. 이전 시기와 방법은 서비스 이용 중 네트워크를 통한 전송이며, 보유 기간은 Google의 서비스별 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

5. 기기 기능 및 접근 권한
- NFC: 이용자가 태그한 교통카드를 읽기 위해 사용합니다.
- 네트워크: 광고, 분석·오류 진단 및 서비스 운영 정보를 불러오기 위해 사용합니다.
- 진동: 카드 인식 결과 등 서비스 상태를 알리기 위해 사용합니다.
서비스는 위치, 연락처, 카메라 또는 마이크 접근을 요청하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 기기 설정에서 서비스 데이터 삭제 또는 서비스 제거
- 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정·삭제 또는 광고 개인정보 설정 변경
- 제공되는 동의 화면에서 광고 관련 선택 변경
- 아래 연락처를 통한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청
7. 개인정보의 파기 및 안전성 확보
운영자는 처리 목적이 달성되거나 보유 기간이 끝난 정보를 지체 없이 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제합니다.
기기 내 정보는 이용자가 서비스 데이터를 삭제하거나 서비스를 제거할 때 운영체제에 의해 삭제됩니다.
운영자는 서비스 전용 저장공간, 암호화 통신, 접근 통제, 보안 업데이트 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 계정을 제공하지 않으며 아동의 이름이나 연락처를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
법정대리인은 아래 연락처를 통해 아동의 정보 처리에 관해 문의하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 전에 서비스 또는 관련 웹페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

The BucaCheck team (the “Operator”) complies with applicable privacy laws. This Policy explains how information is handled
in the BucaCheck application and related services (the “Service”) and describes users' rights.
The Service does not provide user accounts. Transit card information read through NFC is generally processed on the user's device.
1. Purposes of processing
- Displaying transit card balances, reload and payment records, and public transit usage history
- Saving the most recently scanned card and its history on the user's device
- Providing content and advertising and measuring advertising performance
- Analyzing usage, diagnosing errors, and improving stability and quality
- Providing exchange-rate data, advertising content, server configuration, and other operational information
- Preventing abuse, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations

The Service does not ask users to enter their name, phone number, or email address and does not create user accounts.
3. On-device processing of transit card information
Transit card information and usage history read through NFC are stored in private Service storage on the user's device and are not sent to the Operator's servers.
Users can delete this information by clearing Service data in device settings or removing the Service.
If operating-system backup or device transfer is enabled, the information may be backed up according to the user's settings and the relevant provider's policy.

Through these services, automatically generated, error, and crash information may be transferred over encrypted networks
and processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its processors operate facilities.
Transfers occur while the Service is used, and retention follows Google's service-specific policies and applicable law.

5. Device features and permissions
- NFC: Reads a transit card presented by the user.
- Network: Loads advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and Service operation information.
- Vibration: Provides feedback for card recognition and other Service states.
The Service does not request access to location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
6. User rights and choices
- Clear Service data in device settings or remove the Service
- Reset or delete advertising identifiers or change advertising privacy settings
- Change advertising choices through an available consent screen
- Use the contact information below to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction
7. Deletion and security
The Operator securely deletes information when its purpose has been fulfilled or its retention period expires.
On-device information is deleted by the operating system when the user clears Service data or removes the Service.
The Operator applies reasonable safeguards, including private Service storage, encrypted communications, access controls, and security updates.
8. Children's privacy
The Service does not provide accounts and does not knowingly collect children's names or contact details.
A parent or legal guardian may use the contact information below to ask about or request deletion of a child's information.
10. Changes to this Policy
Changes to this Policy will be announced through the Service or the relevant webpage before they take effect.
